S’More Halloween Fun
How do you celebrate a 10th Annual Boo Bash after Halloween? With S’More Halloween Fun! On a crisp fall evening in early November, approximately 70 ghouls gathered around a roaring bonfire to enjoy s’mores and ghost stories. The celebration concluded with tractor rides, which are always popular with the kids. Best. Boo. Bash. Ever!!
Highlights included Ghoul S’Mores – decorations made with plastic ghosts resting on a hay bale draped with chocolate velvet fabric and goodie bags made with graham crackers, Hershey chocolate bar and ghost Peep; burlap linens (draped over existing white linens); custom “spooktacular” wooden spoons; orange paper cups (for chili) from the Target dollar bin; signs made by wrapping foamcore with velvet fabric and embellishing with leaves; caramel grapes (on Pinterest); and putting my 9yo daughter to work drawing faces on the clementines, as well as the white “boo” cups (when I couldn’t find my googly eyes)!
